How do I set up a mail forward

  1. Log into your control panel
  2. Press the Email icon
  3. Select the name of the email you want to set the forward up on
  4. Next decide on whether the forward is to be to an external address e.g. or an internal address
  5. If the forward is to go to an external email address, tick the mail forward box and type the address the mail is to be forwarded to in the box provided
  6. If the mail is to be copied to another person in the same company as yourself then you need to use the mail alias option. Tick the mail alias box and select the name from the list provided and press add
  7. When you are done scroll to the end and press submit
